If you've spent 20 years or more working on commercial buildings offices retail stores restaurants medical offices churches or industrial spaces then you already know what this job takes.

This isn't new construction.

This isn't standing on the same project for six months.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work on a wide variety of commercial repair and maintenance projects including:

Finish carpentry and trim work

Drywall repair painting and patch work

Commercial door and hardware repairs

Ceiling tile and grid repairs

Light plumbing repairs

Light electrical repairs

Flooring and tile repairs

Tenant improvements and punch lists

General building maintenance and repairs
