Job Objective: 

Dal-Tile is seeking an experienced, driven Recruiter to support hiring across our Sales organization. This is a critical role responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams.
This is not a remote position and is based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
 
We're looking for someone who brings strong recruiting experience, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by finding creative solutions. The ideal candidate is confident in their recruiting expertise but remains adaptable, embraces new ideas, and continuously looks for ways to improve the hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and corporate positions from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to identify the best talent.
 
Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
  • Guide hiring managers through interviews, candidate selection, and offer development.
  • Build trusted relationships while delivering an exceptional hiring experience.
 
Candidate Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Deliver a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience.
 
Recruiting Operations
  • Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
