Tile Associates are professionals who assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of tile surfaces, such as floors, walls, and backsplashes. They typically work under the supervision of experienced tile setters, helping with tasks like preparing surfaces, mixing adhesives, cutting tiles, and ensuring proper alignment. Tile Associates play a crucial role in ensuring quality workmanship and a smooth installation process on residential or commercial projects.

Both roles require knowledge of tile products, but the Tile Installer has more hands-on technical skills and experience in installation techniques.

As a Tile Associate, you may encounter challenges such as working with uneven surfaces, handling fragile materials, or meeting tight installation deadlines.
