Job description

At Revere Health, we believe there is a better path to healing and healthcare maintenance, and we're working on this mission-one patient at a time. We're a national leader in a movement called value-base care which aims to improve treatment outcomes and keep costs down. Our internal culture is one that promotes respect and consistently recognizes the impact that individual employees have on the mission of the organization.
Position Summary: Revere Health is looking for a high-energy, creative, and self-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to lead and elevate the digital presence of Hobble Creek Pediatrics. This is not a passive internship-you will have real ownership, creative freedom, and a direct impact on how we connect with families in our community. You will work closely with clinic leadership to build a recognizable, trusted, and engaging online brand that educates parents, highlights providers, and drives patient growth. If you're looking to build a portfolio with meaningful, real-world results in healthcare marketing, this is a strong opportunity to do it.
Essential Job Functions: What You'll Own • Plan and execute a consistent social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms • Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form video) • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with clinic priorities (well-child visits, seasonal illnesses, back-to-school, etc.) • Capture in-clinic content (staff features, educational snippets, behind-the-scenes moments) while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance • Help establish Hobble Creek Pediatrics as a trusted voice for pediatric education in the community • Identify and execute growth strategies (campaigns, trends, collaborations, giveaways, etc.) • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages appropriately • Track and report on performance, including: Following growth, Engagement rates, Content performance, Present monthly insights and recommendations to clinic leadership.
What Success Looks Like By the end of the internship, you will have: • Built a professional, measurable social media presence for a pediatric clinic • Created a portfolio of real content used in a healthcare setting • Demonstrated growth in engagement and followers • Contributed to increased community awareness and patient engagement • Delivered a final summary of strategy, results, and recommendations
Qualifications: • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred) • Experience creating content (graphics, reels, short-form video) • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar • Strong writing and storytelling skills • Comfortable being proactive, taking initiative, and working independently • Professionalism and ability to work in a healthcare environment • Interest in healthcare, pediatrics, or community outreach strongly preferred
Hours: • Part-time: 10-20 hours per week • Flexible schedule with some on-site content capture required • Compensation: Paid
Additional Notes: Why This Internship Stands Out • You will own a brand, not just assist • You'll produce real work with measurable impact • Direct access to clinic leadership and decision-makers • Opportunity to build a strong, results-driven portfolio • Experience in the rapidly growing space of healthcare marketing and patient engagement. Bonus (Nice-to-Have Skills) • Experience growing a personal or business social media account • Basic photography or videography skills • Understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking • Experience with healthcare or HIPAA guidelines.
