We develop bespoke solutions powered by data and technology for several Fortune 100 companies. The Technology Partner is a multi-faceted leadership role and part of Tiger's core Data & Insights Solutions practice leadership. This role will be required to bring breadth and depth of technology expertise, founded in - experience with delivering large transformation, leading innovation driven practices, consulting to and managing executive stakeholders across IT and Business.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Client Engagement & Advisory
    • Partner with senior data leaders to provide strategic, forward-looking advisory
    • Lead client reviews and recommend improvements across platforms, operating models, and practices
    • Drive enterprise transformation initiatives across technology, organization, and processes
    • Deliver thought leadership through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Solutioning & Pre-Sales
    • Present capabilities and support business development initiatives
    • Develop solutions and proposals for complex client requirements
    • Architect scalable solutions for high-impact, first-of-its-kind programs
  • Practice Leadership
    • Mentor and develop engineering and architecture talent
    • Manage and guide architect resources across engagements
    • Contribute to go-to-market assets (reference architectures, frameworks, best practices)
    • Support hiring and strengthen talent acquisition processes
    • Collaborate with global teams to enhance delivery and capabilities
  • Expertise & Skills
    • Strong experience in solution architecture for large-scale enterprise transformation programs
    • Deep expertise in modern data platforms (NoSQL, MPP, columnar, big data, cloud - AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Experience with data processing frameworks (batch ETL, real-time streaming, IoT architectures)
    • Knowledge of Data Fabric, Data Mesh, and enterprise data architecture patterns
    • Expertise in data management practices, including data governance, cataloging, and data security
    • Experience with MLOps, ML lifecycle, and advanced analytics platforms
    • Strong background in data warehousing, BI ecosystems, and analytics solutions
    • Proficiency in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and programming (Python, Java, Scala, etc.)
    • Exposure to knowledge graphs, customer data platforms, and digital analytics ecosystems
