Job description

Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with welding and metal fabrication and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment to produce quality finished products. TIG welding experience is a plus, but candidates with strong MIG welding and fabrication experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding and fabrication of metal components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal materials accurately.
  • Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Use grinders, saws, drills, and other hand and power tools as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Previous welding and/or fabrication experience preferred.
  • TIG welding experience is a plus.
  • MIG welding experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required.

You should be proficient in:

  • Tape Measure Reading
  • Welding Setups for Production
  • Blueprint Reading
