Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with welding and metal fabrication and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment to produce quality finished products. TIG welding experience is a plus, but candidates with strong MIG welding and fabrication experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Perform welding and fabrication of metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication tools.
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal materials accurately.
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy.
- Use grinders, saws, drills, and other hand and power tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work independently while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
- Previous welding and/or fabrication experience preferred.
- TIG welding experience is a plus.
- MIG welding experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required.
You should be proficient in:
- Tape Measure Reading
- Welding Setups for Production
- Blueprint Reading
