§ Duties:

The Senior Litigation Architect will function as a lead project manager for complex commercial disputes, overseeing the strategy and execution of all litigation phases. This role demands a high-level practitioner capable of navigating the intricacies of the California court system while providing white-glove service to a diverse roster of Fortune 500 and emerging technology clients.

Core responsibilities include:

⨖ Leading Fact Investigation and strategic case assessment to formulate winning legal theories for high-exposure matters.

⨖ Drafting and Architecting critical pleadings, complex motions for summary judgment, and high-stakes appellate briefs.

⨖ Orchestrating Comprehensive Discovery strategies, including the management of large-scale e-discovery and the taking/defending of key percipient and expert depositions.

⨖ Serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing nuanced oral advocacy and strategic counsel during settlement negotiations and mediations.

⨖ Managing and Mentoring junior associates and support staff to ensure the delivery of meticulous work product under demanding deadlines.

⨖ Executing Pre-Trial and Trial proceedings, including witness preparation and the drafting of trial motions and jury instructions.

§ Qualifications:

⨖ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with distinguished academic credentials.

⨖ Active Bar Membership in the State of California in good standing.

⨖ Four (4) to Five (5) Years of substantive litigation experience at a top-tier national or international law firm.

⨖ Demonstrated mastery of the California Code of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

⨖ Proven experience managing all aspects of the litigation lifecycle, from initial investigation through trial or settlement.

§ Skills:

⨖ Advanced proficiency in Legal Research and Analysis, with a track record of prevailing on dispositive motions.

⨖ Experience in high-growth sectors such as Technology, Energy, or Financial Services.

⨖ Demonstrated ability to manage multi-attorney teams and complex vendor relationships in high-pressure environments.

⨖ Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable commercial advice.
