Turning Tides Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our team and clients. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and client interviews.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, with a focus on individual, family, and group therapy sessions, categorizing them based on the presenting issues.
• Regularly monitor client progress, employing adaptive strategies to modify treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing immediate distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records that comply with HIPAA and other relevant legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive care for clients, sharing insights and recommendations as appropriate.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking out opportunities for training that align with current trends in mental health care.
• Uphold ethical standards and professional guidelines as dictated by local licensing boards.

• A valid Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• A strong empathetic disposition and a genuine commitment to fostering client well-being.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with a team-oriented approach.

Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, ideally in roles that emphasize client-centered care and evidence-based practices. Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.
