Staying informed about current environmental policies and participating in ongoing training can help professionals proactively respond to changes and implement sustainable solutions.

What are Tidelands?

Tidelands refer to the coastal land areas that are regularly covered and uncovered by the rise and fall of tides. These areas are typically found along the shores of seas, oceans, and some large rivers. Tidelands are important for ecological reasons, providing habitat for numerous species of plants and animals, and are often protected or regulated by government agencies. In legal and real estate contexts, 'tidelands' may also refer to property rights and public access issues related to these coastal zones.
