Location Shifts:

We operate on 12-hour shifts following a 2-2-3 schedule. 7 pm to 7 am.

Your Impact

As a Production Team Member at Iconex, you help ensure everyday products like receipts, shipping labels, event tickets, and loyalty cards meet the highest quality standards. You monitor production, troubleshoot equipment, and apply materials with precision to deliver consistent, reliable products that people use every day. Your work keeps operations running smoothly and supports efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment
  • Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Log production data accurately using computer systems
  • Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration
  • Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification

What You’ll Bring:

  • +2 years of printing or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery and follow protocols
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
  • High School diploma or GED
