Project Circular Economy - Dealer Part Return Repair/Reuse Management

Job Summary:

Our client in Auburn Hills & Metro Detroit is looking for a Project Circular Economy - Dealer Part Return Repair/Reuse Management. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage Part Return Process - reduce Scrap, optimize Repair/Reuse and enhance Supplier Recoveries. 
  • Review Dealer / Depot submissions on part quality & packaging issues and have follow-up call with initiators to review product & manufacturing issues. 
  • Pareto all issues, stratify into commodities and develop KPI reports to showcase trends - Non-Conformance Tickets are maintained & closed. 
  • Using KPI reports, work with suppliers on trends, establish root causes and recommend corrective actions - PRODUCT/PROCESS/PACKAGING. 
  • Execute corrective actions by working with all suppliers, internal stakeholders, tracking impact of actions taken, including Non-Conformance Tickets issued, Field Quality Control Messages and $ value of cost recoveries.
