Job description

2026 – Ticket Taker & Usher Game Day Event Staff

This is an hourly event-based position that will consist mostly of evenings and weekends. Our ticket takers/ushers will assist patrons at events by performing tasks such as overseeing event admission, scanning tickets and passes, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and directing fans around the stadium.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they enter the stadium and scan guest’s tickets using electronic scanner upon entrance into the facility.
  • Assist guests in locating their seats and/or stadium amenities, such as restrooms, concession stands, and merchandise locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation to and from events.
  • Exceptional customer service skills. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who will create a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • The ability to stand for a few hours at a time, and mobility is needed to walk around the stadium.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Previous customer service experience.
