The Role The Role: View Boston is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and energetic individual to help drive revenue growth through in‐market activations, partnerships, and direct ticket sales initiatives across the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for a go‐getter who thrives in fast‐paced environments, enjoys building community relationships, and knows how to turn live events and grassroots marketing into measurable sales results. The ideal candidate is outgoing, entrepreneurial, and comfortable representing the brand at events, pop‐ups, community gatherings, and promotional activations while driving ticket conversions and expanding local market presence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Market Activations & Brand Presence: Execute grassroots marketing campaigns and live activations throughout the Greater Boston market; represent the brand at community events and partner locations; set up and manage promotional booths, street team initiatives, and fan engagement experiences; create excitement and awareness that directly contributes to ticket sales growth. Revenue & Ticket Sales: Drive ticket revenue through in‐person sales efforts, and promotional campaigns; identify and pursue new ticket distribution opportunities and local sales channels; meet or exceed weekly and monthly ticket sales goals. Community Engagement & Event Execution: Develop strategic ideas to increase market penetration and audience engagement; identify high‐traffic opportunities for promotions and experiential marketing; collaborate cross‐functionally with marketing, partnerships, and sales teams; assist with event‐day operations as needed; ensure activations are executed professionally and align with brand standards; gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve future campaigns. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or Sports Entertainment. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, promotions, ticket sales, events, brand activation, or grassroots marketing preferred. Strong sales mentality with a proven ability to drive revenue and engage customers. Self‐starter with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset. Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event schedules. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Passion for live events, sports, entertainment, or experiential marketing is a plus. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Boston area.
