A TIBCO developer creates applications and delivers business solutions for this proprietary analytical software. Duties include designing communication interfaces that are B2B, B2C, or employers to employees, and working with middleware programming for facilitating data and information exchange between technology systems. An enterprise employs TIBCO developers to integrate their network with its processes and applications. This career typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Many developers gain the necessary qualifications and experience by becoming certified in TIBCO technology. The job requires strong organizational and mathematical skills to succeed.
