For this position, the candidate must reside in California and be seeking a full-time position onsite.


Position Summary

The Manager, Partner Manufacturing will be embedded at one of our third-party manufacturing partners. This role will serve as the primary operational leader and point of contact between Sol-ti headquarters and the manufacturing site, ensuring alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across all aspects of operations.

This individual will oversee manufacturing performance from raw material planning through finished goods production, manage issue resolution across quality and inventory challenges, and drive operational excellence through strong cross-functional leadership. They will ensure business performance and QA metrics are met at our third party partner.


Career Responsibilities

  • Commit to following food safety policy, quality and regulatory requirements of FDA, USDA Organic NOP and SQF.
  • Serve as Sol-ti’s on-site operations representative at the third-party manufacturing partner.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship and operational alignment between Sol-ti and the manufacturing site.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for site performance, production challenges, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure good manufacturing practices are set to achieve Sol-ti’s standards for quality, efficiency, safety, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Oversee the full manufacturing process, including raw material intake, production execution, packaging, and finished goods release.
  • Partner with internal planning and supply chain teams to ensure site readiness and operational continuity.
  • Manage inventory coordination and material planning execution across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Utilize NetSuite to ensure accurate production reporting, inventory transactions, and operational data integrity.
  • Facilitate resolution of inventory discrepancies, quality non-conformances, and KPI shortfalls.
  • Partner closely with Quality teams to lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures (CAPA)
  • Serve as the key conduit of information between Sol-ti HQ and manufacturing partner leadership.
  • Coordinate fast and effective resolution of operational disruptions, ensuring accountability and follow-through
  • Conduct operational and quality audits to ensure adherence to Sol-ti standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability at the site.
  • Analyze and report on key manufacturing KPIs including yield, downtime, schedule attainment, quality metrics, and cost performance.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and actionable insights to Sol-ti Operations leadership
  • Train and engage manufacturing partner teams on Sol-ti processes, expectations, and operating standards.
  • Build strong relationships across diverse teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Demonstrate leadership presence on the floor and in cross-functional meetings.
  • Share best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing network.
  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.

Career Requirements / What We Ask of You

  • 7+ years of manufacturing experience, in manufacturing operations, co-manufacturing management, or supply chain execution (CPG, beverage, or food strongly preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with NetSuite experience required
  • Prior experience managing or overseeing third-party or co-manufacturing partners
  • Familiarity with current good manufacturing practices, FDA, and SQF experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills.
  • Able to work with a variety of people on multiple tasks
  • Ability to motivate team efforts to accomplish goals.
  • Minimal travel to other manufacturing sites.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $85,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance
