Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple tenant improvement (TI) office buildout projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Plan and coordinate all project phases, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, contractor selection, and procurement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, enforce quality standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior tenant improvement or office buildout construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).
Preferred Attributes
  • PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders within real estate or corporate environments.
  • A proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
