This position will require the following skills (and/or the ability to learn them):
• Accurately measure products in process of production as well as end products.
• Use calibrated equipment; effective use of a caliper and other precision equipment
• Manipulate hand tools including wire cutters, strippers, basic soldering equipment,
crimping and banding tools.
• Effective use of wire handling equipment and machinery as well as electrical testing
equipment.
• Compliance with all Minnesota Wire Policies and regulations, i.e. ISO (International
Standards Organizations), ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)

This is an entry level position that requires no previous experience as we will train the right candidate!
