Compensation

  • Starting at $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new hires

The program is currently being offered as a pilot and is subject to periodic review.


What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN at Epworth Villa, you'll play an essential role in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team. In this position, you will:

  • Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and your scope of practice.
  • Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate clinical updates to the appropriate team members.
  • Support and collaborate with nursing assistants and other clinical staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while helping implement individualized care plans.
  • Promote a safe, respectful environment that protects resident dignity, privacy, and well-being while following all applicable policies and standards.

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates will have:

  • An active Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Current American Heart Association CPR certification
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of nursing experience
  • Previous charge nurse or leadership experience
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living
