Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your customer relationship management and strategic business development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive customer satisfaction and loyalty while growing business opportunities and ensuring project profitability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Sales, Tendering, and Project Management), champion a customer-centric culture, and contribute to negotiations during the tender phase—and much more."

  • Growing business by selling existing or new products to existing customers to maximize revenue and profits, ,

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and being the primary authority on all customer issues, ,

  • Securing and regularly measuring customer satisfaction, ,

  • Partnering with the Project Managers to ensure the success of project execution, ,

  • Leading commercial discussions to support project execution teams resolve issues that protect business interests and maintain customer satisfaction, ,

  • Proven ability to lead negotiations,

  • Experience with complex tender management,

  • Ability to foster a customer-centric culture and ensure customer satisfaction,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Skilled in contributing to cross-functional team success during project execution phases,

  • Resilience and adaptability to manage complex customer portfolios and deliver results.
