As a Founding Tech Lead Engineer, you'll play a critical role in shaping both our product and our company. You'll work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale ourplatform - setting the technical foundation and influencing culture from day one. What You'll Do
Build and scale our core platform from the ground up.
Work across the entire stack: infrastructure, data systems, backend, and user experience.
Shape the product direction alongside the founders and our early customers.
Harness unstructured enterprise data and evaluate LLMs to drive real product impact.
Ensure technical specifications remain the single source of truth across all deals.
Manage and mentor a development team to deliver high-quality features at startup
speed.
Work closely with the CTO to define and execute the technical roadmap.
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure the architecture is clean, scalable, and robust.
