Job description

Job Duties

  • Read fabrication drawings, stock lists, and work orders.
  • Measure, cut, thread, groove, and prepare steel pipe.
  • Operate fabrication equipment such as threading and grooving machines, saws, and welding equipment (if certified).
  • Assemble pipe according to customer specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials in the warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training/certification may be provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.


Qualifications

  • Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop drawings.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
