Get Threaded are the industry leaders in the ancient art of threading and other natural beauty services. Staff experienced in threading is required and all staff undergo our unique Get Threaded certification training, as well as complete our internationally accredited training course, for our core beauty services. Our primary mission is to be the best in the industry, world-wide. 


Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Get Threaded Artist is to create WOW and to ensure brand vision, customer service and education consistency is executed at all times at the highest level.

This position is assigned is for our upcoming store location in West Hollywood, California,

GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes Get Threaded training program.
  • Checking of staff schedules and ensuring availability.
  • Provision of services and education to clients: face and brow threading.
  • Provision of services and education to clients: lash and brow boosters.
  • Provision of services and education to clients: lash perming and lifts.
  • Provision of services and education to clients: brow tamer.
  • Provision of services and education to clients: indian head massage.
  • Provision of services and education to clients: other services provided in salon.
  • Cleaning of all work areas according to salon guidelines during working hours and on completion of shift.
  • Filling out client paperwork according to guidelines.
  • Booking and rebooking of clients.
  • Demonstration of retail products and sales.
  • All aspects of 'wow' customer service according to Get Threaded values.
  • Follows all work place guidelines and is responsible for self.
  • Joining business groups; networking with anyone and everyone who could be a possible customer.
  • Reports to salon for shifts in accordance with Get Threaded Dress Code policy.
  • Continues to update skills and services provided with opportunities provided by Get Threaded and externally.
  • Notifies management when unable to attend shift with adequate timing according to Get Threaded salon policy.
  • Attends meetings, training sessions and staff incentives when organised and facilitates with healthy team environments within salon and externally.
  • Support High Level Events as needed including Get Threaded Personal Appearances, Retailer Beauty Events, Influencer Exclusive Nights etc.
Qualifications
  • Esthetician's License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2+ years as a Brow Esthetician
  • 2+ years in a Cosmetics Sales Role
  • Understands the fundamentals of Brows & Retail Sales and Culture
  • Works well with others
  • Ability to work full-time but starting with a part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective partnerships
  • Must have experience in and be open to providing/receiving feedback and have a solution orientated approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated / Creative thinker
  • Proficient in Apple products and online training
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. as well as, fixtures throughout the store.
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Willingness to travel
