Job description

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines used in the production process
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
- Safety Sensitive Position.
- Other duties as needed or required
Work Environment:
-Primary work environment is the production floor.
- Secondary work environment is the office.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift.
- Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns.
- While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Occasion stooping and walking will be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring equipment (preferred)
