Familiarity with thread rolling machines, calipers, micrometers, and quality inspection systems is typically required. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are important soft skills for this role. These competencies ensure precise machine setup, product quality, and efficient production in manufacturing environments.
