Risk Manager is responsible for leading all risk initiatives. Point of contact to support with roadmap activities to enhance our CRM module. They will coordinate and facilitate weekly meetings. In conjunction the RM is responsible to create and ensure successful delivery of monthly Risk Decks, the heatmap and metrics. Accountable for delivering results for all risk initiatives within established timeframes and quality measures. Responsible for updating the P2P Risk Management Milestones..
Translate project goals/objectives into a defined future state and project success measures that can be understood by project stakeholders and delivered by the project team. Ensures business needs and objectives are effectively captured in functional and non-functional business requirements for a system and/or process/workflow. Qualifications: Risk Management background. Lead many strategic security projects/programs. Strong track record of leading successful major change projects/programs from start to finish. Ability to think strategically (big picture) and tactically in regards to project planning, and scoping. Ability to lead teams consisting of various types of roles and skill sets.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. Skills and Experience.
5+ years of relevant Third Party Risk Mgmt./Procurement experience within financial services or other similar risk consulting or internal control functions (e.g. internal audit, compliance, fraud mitigation, etc.) โ€ข Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and Principles โ€ข Experience working hands-on with cross-functional teams. Experience with the program management in risk including reporting, creation and analysis of risk metrics โ€ข Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms โ€ข Outstanding written and verbal communication skills โ€ข Outstanding attention to detail with a get-stuff-done attitude โ€ข A knack for spotting issues and solving problems โ€ข Proactive and action oriented mindset
