Job description


Overview

Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to support a high-growth Third-Party Delivery organization focused on expanding and optimizing marketplace partnerships across platforms including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart, Favor, and other delivery providers.

This is a highly visible opportunity supporting a business that generates over $1B in annual revenue through third-party delivery channels. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end product management experience, an analytical mindset, and the ability to independently drive strategic initiatives from concept through launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full product lifecycle, including strategy, requirements gathering, roadmap development, execution, launch, and post-launch performance measurement.
  • Lead product initiatives supporting third-party delivery and marketplace integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across delivery channels.
  • Analyze product, operational, customer, and business data to develop recommendations and inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, UX, and external marketplace partners.
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and KPIs.
  • Drive execution of new product launches, enhancements, and strategic delivery initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the product development process.
  • Evaluate industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities within the delivery marketplace ecosystem.
Required QualificationsProduct Management Experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven experience owning products end-to-end, from ideation and strategy through launch and optimization.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and measuring business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ownership of product decisions rather than simply executing leadership directives.
Strategic & Analytical Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to translate business needs and insights into product strategies and actionable recommendations.
Leadership & Ownership
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketplace, delivery, logistics, or e-commerce experience.
  • Experience working with delivery platforms such as:
    • DoorDash
    • Uber Eats
    • Grubhub
    • Instacart
    • Favor
    • Similar marketplace businesses
  • Experience working with external technology partners and integrations.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and digital commerce ecosystems.
