Job Description Description: Primary Focus: The Project Quality Coordinator is the primary Quality point of contact for project teams. Plan, schedule and ensure completion of all Quality Program deliverables and services throughout the project lifecycle. Specific Accountabilities: Manage a team of Quality Assessors Perfoms Quality Assessments when required Early engagement with Project teams to conduct the Quality Engagement and prepare the Project Quality Management Plan for construction activities.

Perform quality scope reviews and markups on 30% - 90% - IFC drawings and documents. Provide Quality deliverables for Construction RFP, Review Specs, OQs, quality procedures. Provide Quality Orientations and training as required for Construction Inspectors and Construction Contractors on Quality requirements, interdependencies, processes, procedures, specifications, and records.

Ensure Project Quality Submittals are completed and timely - Quality Document reviews and approvals - ITP's, Quality Plans, Qualifications etc. Conduct field walks and Quality Assurance health checks while onsite. Completes regularly scheduled quality reporting requirements to Project Teams.

Accompany Regulator on field audits (PHMSA, CER). Monitor and report on Contractor Quality programs and follow up when required with improvement and corrective actions Notify the PM, CM and responsible project personnel of any significant problems and initiate timely follow-up. Support quality issues management tools such Quality Enhancement Reporting (QER) and Quality Incident Notifications (QIN).

Provide input to the applicable project QER's/ NCR process improvements and corrective actions. Update the Quality tools in Share Point as required. Monitor and report quality metrics established by the Supervisor of Quality Scope: Administer the Quality Program for Project teams during design, construction and commissioning activities Contacts: Supervisor of Projects Quality.

Projects teams and construction personnel. Projects Quality and Project information Management team members. Maintain contact with a network of Quality personnel throughout Enbridge Inc.

Various external groups, subject matter experts, advisors, and stakeholders within Enbridge to support objectives. Contractor Representatives and Third Party Inspection Personnel to support execution and completion of the required scope of construction quality functions and deliverables. Working Conditions : 50% office environment with 50% travel which may vary based on project demands and locations.

May include handling of after-hours calls requesting direction and assistance. Previously planned activities can change due to late notifications of project inspection requirements are scope changes. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Recommended 10 years of Oil and Gas Industrial Construction and Quality Inspection and Assessment experience.

Preferred Degree or Technical Diploma in certified mechanical trades or Engineering or a combination of related post-secondary degrees. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with personal at all levels of the organization. Participate in conflict resolution when required.

Ability to manage a team and ensure task are completed Recommended Welding Inspector Certification, AWS CWI - API 570 and or equivalent other training. Recommended NACE CIP Level 1, 2, or 3Understanding of engineering and construction drawings and related documentation. A technical understanding of drawings, materials, joining/welding and practical applications of weld procedures, welder qualifications, non-destructive examination, pressure testing and records turnover process.

Technical and working knowledge of design and construction, standards, codes, and regulatory requirements associated with Enbridge Projects. Ability to comprehend and apply Federal and Provincial regulations applicable to pipeline operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive and Visio.

Time management skills and the ability to manage diverse projects and processes with conflicting deadlines. The ability to work in a team environment or alone when required.
