Lead HVAC Install Professional / Mechanic - Aire Serv of East Raleigh


Do you take pride in seeing the results of your hard work come to life? At Aire Serv of East Raleigh, we're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who can deliver high-quality system installations and create great customer experiences every time.

This role focuses primarily on residential installs with some light commercial projects. You'll oversee and perform installations of:

  • Split systems
  • Ductwork
  • Air handlers
  • Furnaces
  • Condensers
  • Thermostats
  • Indoor air quality products
  • Smart home devices

We're looking for someone who combines technical skill, leadership, and professionalism. In this position, you'll mentor team members, uphold installation quality standards, and ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
