Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our compassionate team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Loomis, CA. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental health and addiction treatment, helping clients achieve meaningful change in their lives.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Provide crisis management support as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy.
  • Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for clients.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Active state licensure as a therapist (ACSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, APCC, LPC).
  • Proven experience in psychotherapy and addiction counseling.
  • Strong understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus.
