What we are looking for:

* Must be at least 18 years old with supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre, cinema, retail, or hospitality setting.

* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

* Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software to meet evolving industry demands.

* Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

* Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; work involves standing, walking, and occasional sitting.

What you will be doing:

* Lead daily theatre operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.

* Train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive and service-driven environment.

* Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and safety across all areas.

* Operate and troubleshoot projection and sound equipment, as well as POS and other theatre systems.

* Support hiring processes, orientation, and ongoing associate development.

* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local laws, audit processes, and PCI regulations.

* Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring positive service recovery and managing theatre communications.

* Analyze business trends to drive sales, optimize schedules, and support corporate initiatives.
