Qualifications 

  • A smile and a warm and friendly personality
  • Knowledge of local, current attractions and events (concerts, theater, sports, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • A background in hospitality is helpful
  • High level of personal service skills including package acceptance, message delivery, guest announcement/coordination, managing building amenities schedule, and basic administrative assistance
  • Leadership qualities
  • Possess basic office skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to learn quickly
