Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate for this role is compassionate, organized, professional, and attentive. As the Bridal Attendant, you will support the bride on her special day. You will be the bride's right-hand person, ensuring she feels calm, confident, and cared for from start to finish. This role involves assisting with wardrobe, coordinating logistics, and managing last minute needs to ensure the day goes smoothly and stress-free for the bride.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Wedding Preparation
    • Assist the bride with dressing, including zipping gowns, adjusting veils, and ensuring overall perfection.
    • Organize essential items such as the bride's attire, accessories, and personal belongings in the Silo Suite.
    • Ensure the bride has everything she needs for the day, such as comfortable shoes, tissues, water, and snacks.
    • Coordinate lunch with the kitchen staff and take drink orders for the ladies in the balcony suite.
  • Wedding Day Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the bride, addressing her needs promptly.
    • Help manage the cleanliness of the bridal suite, ensuring it remains organized and comfortable.
    • Assist with last-minute touch-ups, such as fixing hair, makeup, or wardrobe adjustments.
    • Provide emotional support and reassurance to the bride throughout the day.
    • Help coordinate the wedding party and ensure everyone is in position for photos.
  • Ceremony Assistance
    • Arrange the bride's dress and veil before walking down the aisle.
    • Ensure the bride's bouquet and other items are ready at key moments.
  • Post-Ceremony Support
    • Assist the bride with wardrobe changes, if needed.
