The Dental Treatment Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operation and communication within the practice, focusing on optimized patient experience and effective treatment planning.

As a receptionist at Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and energetic environment alongside skilled dental professionals who are committed to excellence in pediatric dental care. You will play a crucial role in the organizational success of the clinic, facilitating the efficient delivery of dental services and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet patients and serve as the director of first impressions for the clinic.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and confirm upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows.
Discuss treatment plans with patients and their guardians, providing clear information on the necessity and benefits of recommended procedures.
Manage patient records with accuracy and ensure all treatments are correctly documented and communicated to the dental staff.
Collaborate with the dental care team to streamline patient care and optimize treatment schedules.
