Job Summary
As a crepe crafter, you are the heart of the Sweet Paris kitchen and the artist behind our signature dishes. Working in our vibrant, open- kitchen environment, you will master the delicate technique of spinning and flipping authintic french crepes to perfection. This role requires a unique blend of culinary precision and high energy efficency; you must be able to maintain our gold standard for taste and presentation while keeping pace with a busy , high-volume atmosphere
You are not just cooking - You are providing a bit of "culinary theater" for our guest, ensuring every sweet and savory creation is prepared with speed accuracy and an eye for detail. If you have great hand-eye cordination and have a passion for delivering a wonderful guest experience, we want you on our line!!
Responsibilities:

  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  • Execute orders quickly and accurately to support the flow of fast paced dining room.
  • Plate every dish with care ensuring it meets the "Sweet Paris" Aesthetic before sending it to guest.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
  • Follow all food safety regulations as well as keeping a clean,organized, and sanitary workplace in full view of our guest.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a chef or cook preferred but not nessasary
  • great attitude
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification preferred
  • line cook experience a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
