Job Summary:

Join our team as a National Accounts Manager and play a crucial role in driving premium growth and maximizing customer retention among accounts with over 5,000 lives. You'll proactively identify and pursue opportunities, acting as a strategic and consultative partner focused on revenue generation and maintaining profitable relationships. In this dynamic position, you'll lead renewal strategies, analyze customer data and claim trends, and collaborate across divisions-including Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, and Consulting-to deliver tailored solutions. Skills and BackgroundYou'llNeed:

Education:Abachelor'sdegree isrequired.

Experience: Requires 5+ years' of demonstrated relationship management experience in the group insurance, benefits field.

Required professional licensure or certification: FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS preferred.

Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office's assigned territory.

Travel: Employees in this role are eligible for fully remote work (other than for in-person meetings or other periodic business trips). Occasional travel (such as for planning purposes, team building, or conferences) is required.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

Base salary range $110k - $130k depending on experience + incentive plan
