Job description

Seeking energetic, organized person to help lead our amazing team! Show customers we care, organize the team to deliver on our promises, and make sure a visit with us is the BEST part of everyone's day, including the team! 2 years restaurant leadership needed, Spanish a PLUS!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make Customer Experience “Best Part of Their Day”

  • Open / Close Restaurant / Registers

  • Manage Labor % to meet goals

  • Make FOH Fun, Energizing

  • Verify cleaning / setup checklists are complete

  • Solicit 5 Star Reviews

  • Manage Upselling / set goals based on daily sales

  • Manage Lobby, Front of store & Patio Standards

  • Place Alcohol Orders Weekly

  • Communicate with GM/KM on FOH supply needs

  • Meet w GM 2x/Week for updates, needs, staffing

  • Interview new FOH personnel, pass to GM if appropriate

Base Qualifications:

  • Real love for people

  • Reliable transportation

  • Punctuality and consistent attendance

  • Good Self-Care and Presentation

  • 1 year experience at Crust or 1 yr leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food/service industry experience

  • Customer satisfaction experience

  • Cash-handling skills

  • Problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

As a member of our team, you will be rotating between front and back of house. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects that could way up to 50 lbs. You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and simple kitchen equipment. The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements is required.
