If you are a licensed professional who takes pride in the precision of your craft and the health of your guest's hair and scalp, and you want to work in a high-end, low-stress environment, we want to meet you.

The Compensation: Stack Your Pay

We have upended the status quo to ensure you have a professional wage.

  • Base Wage: Commiserate with experience
  • Weekend Warrior: +$1.00/hr (For scheduled weekend shifts).
  • Effective Hourly Potential: $30.00 – $48.00+ per hour (Including tips, $5.00 review bonuses, and membership growth commissions).
