Job description

Aesthetic Device Subject Matter Expert

Location: Onsite in Jeremy Ranch, Park City, UT

Reports To: VP of Sales

About Powered by MRP

MRP is building the world’s first end-to-end marketplace for aesthetic equipment, supplies, and managed services. We provide clinicians access to the industry’s largest selection of new and pre-owned devices, helping them generate new revenue while significantly reducing upfront equipment and operational costs.

Following a successful growth funding round—supported by two top-tier equity partners—MRP is at a pivotal inflection point. While we retain the agility and passion of our bootstrapped origins, we are now scaling rapidly. If you are looking for a role that combines the excitement of a high-growth startup with the stability of a proven product-market fit, now is the time to join us.

Our culture is built on a foundation of grit, teamwork, accountability, trust, and recognition.

The Role

We are seeking a senior-level Aesthetic Device Solutions Consultant to help drive our next phase of growth. In this role, you will partner with our Inside Sales team to architect tailored solutions for pre-qualified prospects and lead those opportunities through to closing.

You are a disruptor at heart who prioritizes the customer's best interests above all else. By utilizing a consultative, needs-based sales approach, you will help clinicians navigate complex purchasing decisions, compare solutions, and solve unique operational challenges. You will not just be selling equipment; you will be helping to modernize an outdated industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal authority on device use cases, competitive analysis, technical specifications, and value propositions.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales representatives to design custom solutions, navigate price negotiations, and drive deal velocity.

  • Voice of the Customer: Act as a conduit between the market and our internal teams. Identify recurring feedback themes to influence product development, marketing strategies, and clinical training.

  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain essential sales enablement resources, including product guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.

  • Market Presence: Represent MRP at industry tradeshows, execute live product demonstrations, and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build brand advocacy.

What You Bring

We value diverse experience across the aesthetics space. Successful candidates often come from roles such as:

  • Laser and energy-based device sales professionals.

  • Hands-on aesthetic device clinicians.

  • Clinical trainers or aesthetic industry consultants.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the aesthetic medical device market.

  • Negotiation Prowess: Proven track record in price negotiation; experience managing sales transactions exceeding $50,000 is highly preferred.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical specifications into compelling business value for the customer.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and client-facing events.

Why Join Us?

We provide a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support your long-term success, including:

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: We believe in rewarding excellence. Our compensation structure features an uncapped commission plan, meaning there is no limit to what you can earn—your success is directly tied to the results you drive.

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

  • Financial Future: 401(k) plan with company contribution.

  • Tax-Advantaged Savings: Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA options.

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.

  • Growth: Defined opportunities for professional development as the company scales.
