Specific Responsibilities Would Include

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of Buffalo Jeans within the Western and Western Lifestyle channel across North America. This individual will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that increase brand penetration and revenue.

  • Lead sales growth initiatives within the Western channel.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase Buffalo Jeans distribution and market share.
  • Manage key customer relationships and negotiate seasonal business plans.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, design, and marketing teams to align product assortments with customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer preferences within the Western lifestyle segment.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the apparel industry, preferably in denim, western, workwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong existing relationships within the Western retail channel.
  • Experience working with brands such as Wrangler, Ariat, Cinch, Levi's Western, Rock & Roll Denim, or similar.
  • Proven success managing and growing accounts such as Boot Barn, Cavender's, Sheplers, Murdoch's, Tractor Supply, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and other Western and farm/ranch retailers.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, line planning, margin management, and retail sell-through metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new distribution opportunities.

Salary Range: $104,800 - $131,000

At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
