The Players Club Ambassador/Customer Service Rep is responsible for assisting guests in all Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner.Promotes membership into the players club, educates patrons on the players club member benefits and privileges. Assists with slot tournaments. Creates new players club accounts for new members and access account information for existing members. Reviews player account information to address questions regarding account status, tier level and offer qualification.

Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent and able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit required. Excellent mathematical skills, communication-verbal and written, customer service and public relations skills a must. Must be 21 years of age.
