Description - Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established procedures.
  • Inspect results for accuracy, troubleshoot potential issues, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for comprehensive analysis as necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation throughout all processes, contribute to the training of new personnel or students, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards.
  • Uphold a clean and secure work environment while complying with regulations and accreditation standards.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.
Certifications
  • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within the first year of employment.
