This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while also requiring presence in our outpatient office as necessary. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Outlet, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy to foster client healing and personal growth.
• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals tailored to meet the individual needs of your clients.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to create integrated care plans that ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans as needed to address acute client concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Leading dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that enhance each client's therapeutic journey.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Our focus is on delivering culturally competent therapy that respects and reflects the unique experiences of each client. Your role will be critical in fostering their resilience as they navigate their mental health challenges.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong knowledge and experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

• Two or more years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a track record of successful therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems that facilitate efficient client documentation and treatment planning.
