Our clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic therapy, serving a diverse clientele who require tailored treatment plans to address a variety of conditions. You will be working onsite in our modern rehabilitation center, which features a welcoming atmosphere designed to make patients feel comfortable and supported during their recovery journey. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes optimal work-life balance. As part of a collaborative team, you will be immersed in a supportive environment that encourages continuous professional development and fosters open communication.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical capabilities and needs of each patient.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address specific patient goals.
• Implement manual therapy techniques and exercise programs designed to enhance mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to provide integrated care tailored to each patient’s rehabilitation journey.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of physical therapy.

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Inner Sage, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your ability to build rapport and trust with patients will be essential, as many individuals seek a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist to guide them through their rehabilitation process.

• Valid and active New York Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles and practices.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is highly desired.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus, showcasing familiarity with diverse patient cases.
• Adeptness in the use of electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain and manage patient documentation efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our full benefits package includes:
