What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will provide maintenance for residential HVAC systems, discuss findings with the homeowners, and make the agreed-upon repairs and/or installations with the assistance of our service technicians.


Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Residential HVAC experience is preferred
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to obtain Mech 4 and EPA certifications within 90 days of start date
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform typical tasks associated to HVAC maintenance
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities


Compensation: Average $25.00/hour

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
