Job description

The Funplex Amusement Center is seeking Guest service cashiers for the Mount Laurel location. The position of Cashier is responsible for providing and presenting information and appropriate products, responsibly completing cash and credit transactions, and assessing guest situations. This position is primarily stationery, as a Cashier you are thoroughly explaining the different packages we offer while ensuring excellent guest service. The primary location for the Cashier is behind the registers at Admissions and/or Bowling where they are positioned to proactively assist in guest assistance.

Essential Job Functions
  • Complete transactions and assist in answering questions
  • Responsible for handling cash
  • Knowledgeable of all products and packages
  • Assists with relevant duties during opening or closing of the facility
  • Ensure that each guest’s transaction is processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensures that POS area is properly maintained in a clean and orderly condition at all times
  • Enforces safety, health, and security rules
  • Greets guests in person, answers questions, addresses concerns, and offers assistance as needed
  • Other related duties as assigned.
