Main Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and owners on arrival.
  • Check in/out guests.
  • Generates folio and collects payments.
  • Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:

  • Proficient English language
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals and expectations.
  • 6 months' Customer Service Experience.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
