Period. We've built a system that removes the grind most salespeople hate—no cold calls, no chasing, no guesswork. You'll step into a proven model where clients are already asking for help, and your only job is to guide them to the right solution.

This is not a job where you "try sales." This is a career where you master it. What You'll Do Learn our products, systems, and process inside‐out so you can serve with confidence. Follow up with warm leads who've already shown interest.

Run appointments virtually (Zoom + phone) and walk clients through options. Manage communication between corporate and client—nothing slips. Answer client questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Hit key performance benchmarks that trigger promotions and bigger paychecks. Stay compliant with licensing requirements (we'll help you get licensed in 7–10 days if you're not already). Show up to weekly team calls sharp and engaged.

Grow your pipeline with both company‐provided and self‐generated leads. Educate clients on products and services so they feel confident choosing you. What It Takes 3+ years sales experience preferred (but if you can close, we care more about skill than résumé).

Comfortable with technology—Zoom, CRMs, software, etc. Strong communication skills—polished on the phone and in person. Able to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines without excuses.

Customer‐first mindset (but also results‐driven). Willing to work evenings and weekends when clients need you. Must pass a background check and complete carrier contracting.

Life/Health license (or willingness to get licensed fast—we'll help). What You Get Flexibility in training and schedule—you control your time. Annual incentive trips for top performers.

Discounted health and life insurance. Monthly bonuses tied directly to performance. A career path with no ceiling on growth or income.

If you're looking for easy, look elsewhere. If you want to be paid based on skill, effort, and performance—not hours worked—this is where you belong. Apply today.
