Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
  • Assist in managing groomers, quality control, scheduling, and client records to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Help maintain retail inventory, order supplies, and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate the team by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
