Job Description
• Utilize 5+ years of experience with leading DAM(Digital Asset Management) software to meet business needs effectively.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data models and vocabularies, working closely with IS&T to develop workable solutions.
• Clarify and translate business requirements into unambiguous features and functionalities.
• Review existing DAM features, proactively guiding business adoption to enhance value.
• Develop creative training materials (videos, slide decks, etc.) and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Facilitate Office Hours to provide educational sessions on specific DAM features for business users.
• Identify opportunities for DAM platform improvements and collaborate with IS&T for implementation.
• Produce demo videos showcasing new features and updates within the DAM system.
• Create and maintain comprehensive user guides for the application and new releases.
• Provide ongoing support to business teams to ensure smooth operation and adoption of the DAM platform
